Condition of items

Whilst we will always point out any damage or significant wear to an item, please be aware that the antiques and vintage collectables for sale on this site are old and will inevitably show signs of wear and tear.

If you are looking for an item that is brand new then maybe vintage isn't for you.
​
We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the condition of an item, or provide any more details you may require; please email us.

Trade customers please email us directly for quotes on the items that interest you.

Delivery and packaging
​
Delivery costs within the UK are included in the price of each item. Standard delivery is UK 2nd class.
​
For non UK orders please request a quote for postage.
​
We strongly believe in recycling and use recycling material for packaging wherever possible.
​
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be notified within 10 days of receipt and returned within 15 days by insured post to cover the full value of the item. Return post cost is the buyer's responsibility.
​
Please make sure that goods arrive in the same condition they were in when they were sent. We reserve the right to deduct a fee of 20% off the original value of an item if they returned damaged.
​
Please note that the original cost of the postage and packaging is not refundable.
​
Items returned after 15 days will not be refunded but maybe exchanged at our discretion.
